I found the group format to be very rewarding for motivation and accountability. For me it’s easy to skip a workout when I’m not in a competition or doing it with others so having a challenge and others to work with was great.

 

This was fun for me and I’d recommend him as a fitness professional to anyone. It helps to have a group for accountability and the motivation from you and seeing others posts kept me on top of this. I plan to continue using this routine.”
