Kempf Fitness Professional is a holistic training platform designed to bring you valuable coaching and education to improve your mobility, strength, physique, health, performance, and wellbeing so you can enjoy your life fully and do more of the activities you love for longer.
Founder and head coach, John Kempf, is a functional strength and mobility coach, dietary specialist, yoga teacher, former natural bodybuilder and semi-professional football player, and published author of two fitness books available on Amazon.
John has been professionally training clients and athletes of all levels since 2010, teaching yoga and meditation since 2013, and facilitating wellness retreats around the world since 2018 with clients in Hawaii, Peru, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Canada, Bali, Costa Rica, and the UK.
John has a Kinesiology and Exercise Science degree along with six additional certifications as an ACE personal trainer, a USAW sport performance and Olympic weightlifting coach, an FRC mobility specialist, a KINSTRETCH group mobility instructor, an MBSC functional strength coach, and an MPI mindset behavior specialist.
John integrates a scientific and spiritual approach to human development that focuses on functional fitness, holistic nutrition, and lifestyle design to help his clients breathe, move, train, think, and feel their best.
He is passionate about empowering his clients to take control of their health and make sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term success so they can better serve themselves, their families, and their communities for generations to come.
